Filters on reporting pages open in a panel from the page you are on — they are not a separate destination. Apply them, then you return to that same page with the filters in place. Filters also persist as you move between related pages such as Deals and Approvals.
To get started, head to any supported page, such as the Deals page, and click on “Applied Page Filters.” This opens the filtering panel. You can choose preset date ranges like this month, last month, this quarter, or last quarter. For a custom range, you can jump straight to a named month, quarter, half, or year — the picker offers the previous three years of completed periods plus the current period, and uses your workspace’s fiscal labels. If you then edit either date by hand, the named-period selection clears but the dates you typed stay.
Owner filtering lets you select all users, only active or inactive ones, or specific individuals. You can also switch the owner filter to a currency tab to filter by a member’s profile currency (or the workspace fallback currency). On pages where payout eligibility applies, you can filter by eligibility end date. Payroll and dismissed payouts each have their own date filters.
You can filter by multiple plans or select specific components from different plans. Want to focus in on just a few components across all active plans? You can do that. Prefer to drill into one specific plan and its related components? That’s also just a couple of clicks away.
Once you apply those filters, they’ll stick with you—even as you move from Deals to Approvals or other related pages.
The "View As" feature has also been enhanced. If you're on the Earnings page and want to see the experience from a specific team member's perspective, you can now switch to that user and retain your view and filters. This continuity extends to the Attainment page as well. For example, if you apply filters to look at last month's performance, then switch to a specific member in “View As,” and finally move to the Attainment page, all your selected filters and context will stay in place.
Overall, this filtering experience is designed to help you move through your data more efficiently without needing to reapply filters every time you change pages.
If you have questions about how to best use filters in your workflow, our support team is always happy to help.
