Period summary emails are automated emails that are sent to workspace members summarizing their earnings from the previous period. This email typically kicks off the commission payout process in which earners will review their earnings, flag any questions, and if relevant, approve their earnings.
Email timing
Period summary emails are sent by default on the first business day of every month around 7am CST.
Email recipients
All active workspace members will receive these automated emails. Workspace members that are pending or have been sent an invite will not receive these automated emails. Additionally, a workspace member will receive this email for the first time in which their closed won earnings are greater than $0.
Email content
The email will contain a summary of the total earnings for the previous month. These are the 'closed won' earnings that appear on the Earnings page in the QuotaPath app. These earnings are not reflective of approved, eligible or paid earnings.
Email settings
Workspace members can turn the period summary emails on or off in the Account section from the Settings page. These emails will be turned on by default.
