Understand Atlas pricing, plans, and how billing works.

Plans overview

Atlas offers two plans: a free plan for getting started and a Pro plan designed for ongoing team use.


Free plan

Light usage designed for getting started.

The free plan includes a limited number of daily messages so you can explore Atlas, try guided workflows, and create shareable briefs.

  • 5 messages per day – resets daily

  • Guided workflows

  • Create and share briefs via public link

Upgrade to Pro when you’re ready for higher capacity and advanced features.


Pro plan – $20 per user/month

High usage limits designed for continuous team use.

Pro plans are built to support day-to-day workflows with generous capacity and real-time usage tracking. If needed, you can increase capacity instantly without disrupting your work.

  • High usage limits with real-time tracking

  • Spaces for organizing work

  • Models and scenario analysis

  • Performance modeling (simulations, backtesting)

  • Export briefs (DOCX, PPTX)

  • Free-form chat


Usage

Free plan

  • Limited to 5 messages per day

  • Resets automatically each day

  • Input is disabled when the limit is reached


Pro plan

  • Usage is tracked at the workspace level

  • Monitor usage in Settings > Subscription

  • Visual indicators show capacity:

    • Green – under 75%

    • Amber – 75–90%

    • Red – over 90%

If you approach your limit, you can purchase additional capacity at any time.


Upgrading to Pro

You can upgrade from:

  • Settings > Subscription

  • Upgrade prompts when you reach your limit

Enter payment details to activate your subscription immediately.


Managing your subscription

From Settings > Subscription (workspace owners only), you can:

  • View your current plan and usage

  • Manage team seats

  • Purchase additional usage

  • View billing details

  • Cancel your subscription


Team seats

Pro pricing is per seat.

  • Adding a member adds a seat (prorated for the current cycle)

  • Removing a member frees up a seat

  • Full per-seat pricing applies in the next billing cycle
