Atlas is covered under QuotaPath's existing Terms & Conditions — there are no separate T&Cs specific to Atlas. Your legal team can review the same agreement that governs the broader QuotaPath platform.
Atlas is an opt-in module
Atlas is a separate, paid module and is not bundled into the core QuotaPath platform by default. If your organization hasn't purchased Atlas, its AI capabilities are simply not present in your QuotaPath environment — there's no risk of it being active unless you've specifically opted in.
AI providers & model training
Atlas leverages multiple large language model (LLM) providers to power its AI features. We have no-training agreements in place with each provider. This means:
No vendor is permitted to use your data to train or improve their models
