In this article we'll review how to login to QuotaPath and how to troubleshoot login issues.
Before logging in
In order to login to QuotaPath, you'll first need to create or be a member of an existing workspace. In order to create a new workspace, please go to: https://app.quotapath.com/sign-up In order to join an existing workspace, your workspace admin will need to send your invite via email. If you have not received your workspace invite, please contact your workspace admin directly.
How to login via URL
In order to login to QuotaPath, first ensure that you are logging in to the correct QuotaPath workspace via the correct URL. All workspace login pages follow the same URL format: <workspace_name>.quotapath.com/login If you are not sure of your workspace login page, please ask your workspace admin.
How to login via workspace invite
In order to login to QuotaPath for the first time via a workspace invite, please click the 'Join workspace' button in the invite email where you'll be redirected to your workspace login page.
How to use single sign-on
When logging in to QuotaPath, you'll have the option to use one of the following single sign-on options:
HubSpot
Salesforce
Google
Microsoft*
Okta*
Rippling*
*Note: In order to use the SSO options for Microsoft, Okta or Rippling, these must be pre-configured by your workspace admin.
Troubleshooting login issues
If you are not able to login to QuotaPath, please first check with your admin to confirm that your:
Workspace has an active subscription
User status is Active
Workspace invite has been Sent
Workspace has a required SSO
If all of the above is true and you are still having issues logging in, please try resetting your password by going to your workspace login page and selecting the option for 'Forgot password.'
