Atlas appears in QuotaPath in two ways. Use whichever fits what you're doing:
Full-page Atlas is the complete Atlas experience, with chats, spaces, and briefs. It's best for longer work.
The Atlas panel opens beside the QuotaPath page you're on, so you can ask about what you're viewing. It's best for quick questions.
Atlas inside QuotaPath is available to workspace admins on workspaces that have purchased Atlas. Don't see it? See Getting Started.
Open full-page Atlas
Log in to QuotaPath as a workspace admin.
Select Atlas AI in the sidebar.
Atlas opens next to the QuotaPath sidebar. You don't need to sign in separately.
Start from the landing page
The landing page has a greeting, three Guided Flows, and the chat box.
Choose a Guided Flow to start with a structured workflow: Grade My Comp Plan, Revenue & Comp Strategy 101, or The Science of Scaling. Or type your own question in the chat box.
To give Atlas more context, select the paperclip icon and attach a file.
To choose a model, use the model selector in the chat box. By default, Atlas uses Auto.
Use the toolbar
The toolbar runs across the top of the Atlas card. The Spaces button and the name of your current space are on the left. + Chat, Brief, History, and Settings are on the right.
Start a new chat
Select + Chat.
Type your question or choose a prompt.
Open your spaces
Select the Spaces button at the top left of the Atlas card.
The Spaces panel slides in from the left, on top of your Atlas content. It never covers the QuotaPath sidebar.
Click on the + New button at the top to create a new space.
Select a space to switch to it. The space name in the toolbar updates.
Press the Spaces button again to close the menu.
Open a brief
Select Brief in the toolbar.
The brief opens beside your chat, clicking on the New Brief button on the top will allow you to create a new brief. If a prior brief was selected, it will show the last brief.
Find a past conversation
Select History.
Select a conversation to resume it.
Open your Atlas settings
Select Settings at the right end of the toolbar.
Atlas settings open in a window over the page.
Open the Atlas panel on a QuotaPath page
The Atlas bar appears at the bottom of QuotaPath pages like Plans, Deals, and Earnings.
Go to a QuotaPath page, such as Plans.
Find the Atlas bar at the bottom of the page. Your recent chats appear next to the Atlas button. This includes chats you started in full-page Atlas.
Select the Atlas button to open the panel.
The panel opens beside your page. To change Atlas to a floating window, click the Pop out button to toggle the view.
In the floating window panel, you can click the Dock to the side button to pop Atlas back into the page.
đĄ Tip: The Viewing label above the chat box shows what Atlas is looking at.
Close the panel
Press Esc, or select the close button in the panel header.
Resize the Atlas panel
While docked
Hover the mouse alongside the left edge of Atlas.
Click and drag the edge of the panel to make it wider or narrower.
Atlas remembers the width you set the next time you open it.
While floating
Hover the mouse alongside the edge of the Atlas pop up.
Click and drag the edge to the desired size.
Atlas remembers the size you set the next time you open it.
Note: The panel can't be narrower than 320 pixels or wider than 60% of the page. On smaller screens the panel always stays docked.
Atlas on different screen sizes
Desktop. With a chat open, the QuotaPath sidebar, the Spaces panel, and your conversation can all be on screen at once.
Tablet. The QuotaPath sidebar collapses automatically as space gets tight, and Spaces opens as an overlay from the Spaces button.
Mobile. Atlas follows the mobile behavior of QuotaPath and Atlas. [VERIFY: confirm what mobile users see]
Atlas at atlas.quotapath.com
The layout is the same at atlas.quotapath.com, without the QuotaPath sidebar. Everything in the toolbar works the same way.
