To export scheduled payout records, navigate to the 'Payout' tab in the Payouts page in QuotaPath. Use the filters at the top to filter for the set of payout records you would like to export. For example, you can filter by owners or payout dates to narrow down the data.
Click the green 'Export' button to export details of all payout records.
If you click the green down arrow, you will see additional export options.
If you select 'Export CSV by Payout', you will export the same detailed report of all payout records.
'Export CSV by Deal per Component' will summarize the payout records by deal. Notes added to individual deals will also be included in the export file as a dedicated column, providing additional context for financial reviews.
If you choose to 'Export CSV by Member', you will get an export of all payout records summarized by rep.
'Export CSV by Member Currency' will provide a report of all payout records, summarized by rep, and show their payouts in their local currency. After exporting, review the file to confirm that all necessary details, including notes, are present.
