Troubleshooting Missing or Incorrect Deal Data in QuotaPath
If a deal is not appearing in QuotaPath or is not applying to the plan or component you expect, here are some things to check.
Deal Exists in the Data Source
Confirm the deal exists in your data source (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, etc.) and that it has synced into the QuotaPath source data.Search For the Deal
Search by record name or ID and navigate to Source Records, click the record you are looking for to go to the Source Record page to view the data we have synced over from your data source.Analyze Mapping Conditions
From the Source Record, click Analyze Mapping and search by plan or component name to review which mapping conditions passed or failed.Required Fields Are Populated
Open the Source Record and verify all required fields for the plan or component (such as Close Date, Deal Type, or Owner) are populated correctly.Plan Assignment Dates
Confirm the deal date falls within the user’s plan assignment dates. Deals outside of the assigned plan period will not apply.Ownership Matches Plan Assignment
Verify the deal owner in the source system matches the user assigned to the plan in QuotaPath.Update the Source Record if Needed
If data is missing or incorrect, click Manage Source to update the record in the source system, then return to Integrations, click Sync and Refresh, to resync the data.Access Source Record from an Existing Deal
If the deal exists in QuotaPath but looks incorrect, open the deal details page, click the Source Record ID, and review the Source Record and mapping details.
