Members can export their own deal and earnings records from QuotaPath for auditing, record keeping, or sharing outside the platform. The available records are based on the Member’s plan assignments and workspace permissions.
Choose the appropriate export
QuotaPath provides two export options depending on the information you need:

If you need to export approved and scheduled payouts, see here. Those records are available from the Resolved tab on the Payouts page and include payout-specific details. To export filtered deal and earnings information instead (regardless of approval and payout status), use the Deals page by following the steps below.
Export deals and earnings from the Deals page
As a user with the Member role, you can export your own personal Deal and earnings records on the Deals page, following these steps:
Go to Deals.
Apply the desired date, plan, component, and stage filters.
Review the filtered results.
Select Export to CSV on the right.
Note: Your current Deals page filters are applied to the CSV export. If expected records are missing, review or clear the filters before exporting again.
Not finding the expected records?
Before exporting, confirm that:
The correct date range is selected.
The appropriate plan and component filters are applied.
The correct deal stage is selected.
The records appear on the Deals page.
You are exporting from the Payouts page → Resolved tab if you need payout-specific information.
