In QuotaPath, Members (non-Admins, non-Team Managers) often want to export the Deal and Earnings records for themselves or their teams, to audit deals or earnings outside of QuotaPath or for record keeping purposes or sharing.
If you are looking to export your own approved and scheduled Payouts, see here. Those are exported on the Resolved tab on the Payouts page. You can also export those same earnings from the Deals page using the steps below, but without certain payout data that you would get from the Resolved tab on the Payouts page.
Export Deals and Earnings on the Deals page
As a user with the Member role, you can export your own personal Deal and earnings records on the Deals page, following these steps:
Navigate to the Deals page
Set your desired filters for dates, plan/component and stage that you want in the export
Once you've filtered, click Export to CSV.
If you've used the filters to select a set of data, that will stick when you choose to export.
