Exporting Member Data in QuotaPath
Admins can download a complete snapshot of everyone in their QuotaPath workspace as a CSV file, directly from the Members page.
Who can use this
The Export Member Data button is only visible to workspace Admins. Team Managers and Members do not have access to this feature, even if they can view the Members page in other capacities. This restriction exists because the export includes sensitive information, including base salary and variable pay figures for each user.
Where to find it
Log in to QuotaPath and go to Members on the left hand navigation menu.
Above the member list on the right, click Export Member Data.
The CSV downloads immediately.
The download will always include all Members, regardless of status and regardless of any filtered list you're currently viewing on the Members page.
What's included in the export
Each row represents one workspace member, with the following fields:
Full Name – the member's display name (blank if they haven't accepted their invite yet)
Email – their login email
Employee ID – an internal ID field, if you've added it
Last Visit Date/time – the last time the member logged into QuotaPath
Title – the job title or level chosen at first log-in (e.g., "C-Level," "Non-Manager")
Currency – the currency the user is paid in. Workspace currency if only one currency in use.
Role – their workspace role: Admin, Manager, or Member
Status – active, pending, or archived
Added Date – when they were added to the workspace
Invited Date – when an invite was sent (if applicable)
Activated Date – when they accepted their invite and activated their account
Deactivated Date – when they were archived/deactivated, if applicable
Base Salary – the member's base salary, if entered in QuotaPath
Variable Pay – the member's variable/on-target pay, if entered in QuotaPath
Why it's useful
Because the export includes role, status, and compensation fields side by side, admins commonly use it to reconcile who has access to the workspace, confirm base salary and variable pay are set up correctly for commission calculations, and track pending invitations or recently archived users during offboarding.
