About your statements
Statements don't appear automatically. An admin reviews and publishes each one manually.
If you don't see a statement for a period you expect, it likely just hasn't been published yet. Your admin controls the timing.
Once your admin publishes a statement, you'll receive an email letting you know it's ready to view in QuotaPath.
If an admin needs to correct a mistake after publishing, they can republish a corrected version. If that happens, you'll get a new email and see an updated statement in place of the original, with a new timestamp showing when it was generated.
Viewing your statements
To view your Payout Statements, select Statements in the left-hand navigation menu, under Commissions.
As a Member, you can only view your own statements. As a Team Manager, you can view all statements for members within your team.
What's on your statement
Earnings Period: the underlying period these earnings were generated in — always the period just before the statement period (e.g., a Jan 1–31 statement period shows a Dec 1–31 earnings period)
Total Scheduled Payout Amount: The total amount that is being scheduled to be paid for this period
Deals Contributing: the number of unique deals that generated the earnings on this statement and how that is translated into the number of payout records
Plan and Component Breakdown: how your total breaks down across the different parts of your plan, like base commission, bonus, or accelerators for this specific period
Earnings Recovered: any amount being deducted from this period, such as a clawback, a draw recovery, or another adjustment
Data Published Date: The date your admin published this statement; this is also when the data was frozen (if there were any changes or updates made past this date, it would not be reflected in this statement).
Any notes from your admin: a message your admin included with this statement, if they added one.
Some of these statement items can be turned off by your admin, so if you don't see all of them on your statement, it is likely because your admin disabled them.
