The QuotaPath MCP connector lets you ask questions about your QuotaPath workspace from inside Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Ask about your plans, quota attainment, earnings and draws in plain language, and get answers drawn from your live QuotaPath data.
The QuotaPath MCP connector is available for every QuotaPath workspace (all paid tiers), including trials. The connector is currently read-only and works with Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. We'd love your feedback as you try it. See "Give us feedback" below.

Connect to Claude
Works in Claude on the web (claude.ai), Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps. Once connected in one place, the connector is available everywhere you sign in to Claude.

Configure the Workspace
Before you can connect you need to add the MCP connector to your workspace.
As a workspace Admin open Organization Settings -> Connectors.
Select Add -> Custom -> Web
Add custom connector, name it "QuotaPath" and paste
https://mcp.quotapath.com/api/mcp. Continue to login and authorize the connection.
Leave all the other settings with their default values and click Add
Authenticate
Each user authenticates using their own credentials.
In Claude, open Settings > Connectors (in some versions this is Customize > Connectors).
Search for QuotaPath and select it.
Click Connect. A QuotaPath sign-in window opens.
If you belong to more than one workspace, choose the workspace you want to connect.
Sign in with your QuotaPath account (email and password, Google or SSO, the same way you normally sign in).
Review the access request and click Authorize. You're returned to Claude.
Start a new chat and make sure QuotaPath is turned on in the tools menu (the sliders or "+" icon under the message box).
Claude Code (optional, for technical users)

Then run /mcp inside Claude Code and choose QuotaPath > Authenticate to sign in.
Connect to ChatGPT
Requires a paid ChatGPT plan, used on the web (chatgpt.com). Developer mode isn't available on mobile.
In ChatGPT, go to Apps & Connectors (or Plugins) and click Add, and then select Create custom MCP server.
Fill in the form:
Name: QuotaPath
Description: Read-only access to my QuotaPath plans, attainment, earnings and draws
MCP server URL:
https://mcp.quotapath.com/api/mcpAuthentication: OAuth.
Click Create, then sign in to QuotaPath, choose your workspace and click Continue (same as Claude steps 4 to 6).
In a new chat, click + > More and select QuotaPath MCP to use it in that conversation.
ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu: a workspace admin has to enable developer mode or custom apps for your workspace first, and may need to create and publish the app for everyone (Workspace settings > Apps).
Connect to Gemini
Gemini app (gemini.google.com)
Google currently limits adding custom MCP servers to admins only for Google Workspaces.
Gemini Enterprise (for Google Workspace organizations)
A Gemini Enterprise admin adds QuotaPath as a custom MCP connector (Manage team > Connected apps > Add MCP server, or a custom MCP data store), using https://mcp.quotapath.com/api/mcp with OAuth.
Each person then signs in with their own QuotaPath admin account.
In Gemini, open Settings > Connected apps > Custom apps and choose Add a custom app.
Name it "QuotaPath" and paste

In a new chat, ask "Using QuotaPath, list my active plans."
Gemini CLI (optional, for technical users)
Add this to ~/.gemini/settings.json:

Permissions and data
Only workspace admins can connect, and the connector sees the same workspace data that the admin account sees.
Everything is read-only. Nothing in your workspace can be changed through the connector.
Sign-in uses standard OAuth through QuotaPath, so your AI tool never sees your QuotaPath password. Access tokens expire after an hour and refresh automatically.
To revoke access, disconnect QuotaPath in your AI tool's connector settings.
Your AI provider's own data policies apply to the conversations you have there.
Troubleshooting
