HubSpot App Pages
QuotaPath offers three ways to bring commission and quota data into HubSpot: App Cards, App Objects, and App Pages.
This article covers App Pages — dedicated QuotaPath pages inside HubSpot that show aggregate Earnings and Attainment data, similar to the Earnings and Attainment pages you already use in QuotaPath.
Who's it for
App Pages are best suited for reps and managers who want to see aggregated earnings and attainment across a period of time, plan, or component, directly inside HubSpot, without needing to log into QuotaPath separately.
Overview
Think of App Pages as a clone of the Earnings and Attainment pages from QuotaPath, living inside of HubSpot. The functionality is very similar to native QuotaPath, with a few limitations (see Limitations below).
With App Pages, you can:
View aggregated Earnings inside of HubSpot
View Attainment inside of HubSpot
Forecast Pipeline on both Earnings and Attainment
View QuotaPath data inside HubSpot regardless of which data source (CRM object) your workspace uses
Accessing App Pages
App Pages are available directly within HubSpot's navigation once your workspace is connected. Because App Pages are their own standalone pages (rather than being tied to a specific Deal view), you don't need to add anything to a record layout to use them — they're available automatically to anyone with the appropriate QuotaPath permissions.
Earnings
The Earnings App Page mirrors the Earnings page in QuotaPath, giving you an aggregated, filterable view of earnings data without leaving HubSpot. From this page, you can:
View aggregate earnings across your team or your own records, depending on your permissions
Filter earnings by plan, component, and timeframe
Forecast pipeline to see potential future earnings
QuotaPath Admins see all earnings information across the workspace, while QuotaPath users see their own earnings information.
Quota Attainment
The Quota Attainment App Page mirrors the Attainment page in QuotaPath, showing aggregate, filterable quota attainment. From this page, you can:
View overall attainment as a bar graph, updated in real time
Break down attainment by plan, component, and timeframe
Apply custom date range filters
Forecast attainment based on pipeline
QuotaPath Admins see all attainment information across the workspace, while QuotaPath users see their own attainment information.
Permissions
Access to App Pages is determined entirely by your QuotaPath role and permissions — it is not impacted by HubSpot roles or permission sets.
Enabling and Disabling App Pages
App Pages are turned on by default for any workspace connected to HubSpot. If you'd prefer not to use App Pages, they can be deactivated from your QuotaPath settings.
FYIs and Limitations
Supports all objects: App Pages work regardless of which source object your workspace uses. As long as QuotaPath creates earnings for that object, the data will be reflected on the App Pages. Unlike App Cards, this feature isn't tied to the Deal view since it's its own standalone page.
Visual limitations: There are a few visual and functional limitations on App Pages caused by constraints within HubSpot. For example, dollar signs ($) may be missing in some places. This is especially noticeable on the Attainment page, where it isn't currently possible to display a quota line.
